The American Tactical GSG FireFly is a .22 LR semi-automatic pistol in blue and black, with a polymer grip and an alloy frame. It has a fixed 4-inch barrel, a 7.2-inch overall length and a weight of 24.6 ounces. The blowback operating system runs the pistol, and the adjustable sights let the shooter refine point of aim. An integrated accessory rail accepts compatible accessories, and an internal locking device sits alongside the ambidextrous slide-mounted manual safety. It holds 10+1 rounds with one magazine included.

A handgun purchase in Pennsylvania requires a licensed dealer, Form 4473, the state record of sale and the PICS check, and the buyer must be 21 or older. The FireFly suits range practice, training and general recreational shooting, where the lightweight build and adjustable sights support steady work. Its .22 LR chambering keeps the cost of each session low, which makes it a practical training pistol.
