The Browning Buck Mark Field Target is a .22 LR semi-automatic pistol built on a CNC-machined 7075 aluminum-alloy frame. It has a 5.5-inch heavy bull barrel with a target-crowned muzzle and a hand-reamed chamber, Pro-Target adjustable sights, and a full-length Picatinny scope base. Laminate cocobolo grips and a single-action trigger complete the setup. The pistol weighs 39 ounces, measures 9.5 inches overall, and comes with one magazine and a 13-inch pistol rug.

Pennsylvania has no purchase permit, but a handgun purchase needs a licensed dealer, Form 4473, the state record of sale and the PICS check, and the buyer must be 21 or older. The Field Target configuration is built for range work, with the heavy barrel and adjustable sights aimed at accuracy on the target. The full-length scope base also suits a shooter who wants an optic on a rimfire target pistol.
